Medium Copper Blue Scallop Bowl Aqua

This​ ​hand​ ​built​ ​Scallop​ ​Bowl​ ​is​ ​treated​ ​with​ ​a​ ​copper​ ​blue​ ​glaze​ ​on​ ​the​ ​interior.​ ​Left​ ​unglazed​ ​on​ ​the​ ​organically​ ​textured​ ​exterior,​ ​it​ ​is​ ​reminiscent​ ​of​ ​a​ ​seashell.​ ​

Copper​ ​Blue​ ​is​ ​my​ ​most​ ​popular​ ​glaze,​ ​and​ ​the​ ​color​ ​is​ ​a​ ​translucent​ ​blue​ ​green,​ ​pooling​ ​into​ ​a​ ​darker​ ​teal​ ​center​ ​with​ ​occasional​ ​crackles​ ​and​ ​wisps​ ​of​ ​pale​ ​blue​ ​and​ ​lavender​ ​in​ ​the​ ​center.

The​ ​unglazed​ ​porcelain​ ​exterior​ ​is​ ​a​ ​soft,​ ​natural​ ​white.​ ​
